How can I book a tour?

You can book a tour directly through our website by selecting your desired destination and dates. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team via phone or email for personalized assistance.

How do I book a tour on your website?

To book a tour, simply navigate to the tour page you are interested in, select your desired dates, and follow the steps through our secure booking portal. You will be asked to provide your personal and payment information to complete the reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, PhonePe, Google Pay, or cheques.

Do you require a deposit or is full payment due at the time of booking?

A 75% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be settled after the trip with final billing.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Yes, your payment and personal data are kept secure with the utmost care.

What is not included in the tour price?

The tour price does not include international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, gratuities for guides and drivers, or personal expenses.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the trip. If you fail to cancel within this time, the amount cannot be refunded and the actual price has to be paid.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, you can email us at info@prasannatravel.com or WhatsApp the specific booking number with your booking reference.

Can I change or amend my booking after it's confirmed?

Changes to your booking, such as date changes or adding a person, must be updated before the arrival date or reporting time. If changes are made last minute, minimal charges will apply.

What is the baggage allowance or restriction?

Baggage depends on the type of vehicle: - Sedan – fits luggage for up to 3 persons - Innova Crysta – fits luggage for up to 4 persons For more details, please contact us and we will guide you.
