Our Travel & Booking Policies

• 1.

  The travel time and kilometers will be calculated from our office to our office.

• 2.

  If usage exceeds 5 hours and 25 minutes, charges will be billed under the 8 Hrs / 80 Kms slab.

• 3.

  For outstation trips, a minimum of 300/400/500 kilometers per day will be charged, depending on the vehicle type.

• 4.

  Toll, parking, and permit charges are payable by the client on actuals.

• 5.

  Luggage is carried at the passenger’s own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.

• 6.

  Night Bata (driver allowance) will be charged if the vehicle is used before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.

• 7.

  Rates are subject to revision in case of fuel price hikes or market fluctuations.

• 8.

  We operate 24/7, but request clients to make bookings during office hours:
  Monday–Saturday: 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM
  Sunday: 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM
