• Car Preference (Car Type): To assign the appropriate vehicle class requested.
• Additional Notes: Any specific routes or instructions you share to help us serve you better.

2. How We Collect Your Data

We collect data directly from you when you interact with our services. Specifically, this happens when you fill out the booking form on our homepage, initiate a direct chat with Mr. Praveen PJ's customer team on WhatsApp, or contact us via our official telephone numbers and business email.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used for operational purposes: to process booking requests, verify trip availability, dispatch the assigned chauffeur to your pickup location, coordinate en-route logistics, and provide professional customer support. We do not maintain any promotional marketing databases and will never send you unsolicited advertisements.

We value your privacy and do not sell or lease your personal data. To carry out your bookings, we share necessary data with these trusted services:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): Hosts this website and may log server access data including IP addresses for security and performance auditing.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): Booking messages are transmitted through Meta Platforms' WhatsApp service.
• Assigned Chauffeur (Driver): Shared strictly for booking fulfillment (your name, pickup/drop location, travel date, time, and phone number only).

5. How We Use Your Data

Booking communications are retained in WhatsApp for 12 months from service date. No separate customer database is maintained. Driver trip details are deleted after completion.
